A safe and effective vaccine(s) for COVID-19 will protect us against the novel coronavirus and will be an important step to safely resume normal life in Canada and around the world. Learn MoreThe Assessment Centre is where patients with symptoms of COVID-19 can be assessed by a physician and tested for COVID-19 if necessary. This clinic, is currently located at 490 Huronia Road in Barrie, and can be reached at (705) 764-9390. This clinic is working in conjunction with the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre.
COVID-19 has changed every facet of life, and our operations are no different. We have been open and providing care since the pandemic started. To adhere to physical distancing recommendations, many of our appointments are being conducted over the phone or video conference. (More details here.) We are not currently seeing patients who have symptoms of COVID-19 in the office. Any patient with a symptom of possible COVID-19 who requires in-person assessment can be seen at the COVID-19 Assessment Centre.
